Day 20- Branding I’ve worked hard to create my brand. I created my logo from my own work and applied that to my business cards, stickers for frames, and have a stamp for all my packages. As for my style, I prefer simple designs with clean lines. I love creating custom art pieces. Quilled Pointe Shoe

My daughter took Pointe this year at dance and being the end of the year, I wanted to make a special thank you card for the staff.  I drew the outline for the shoe and then filled the spaces with 1/8 width quilling paper.

Day 30 – #amonthinpaper. Looking back at my early pieces, my lines were a little wonky, I used straight pins for everything (man it stretched the process out forever…), and my photo skills were severely lacking. I had a major learning curve and from practicing and experimenting, I’ve found better ways to do everything. I learned a lot from trial and error.
