3D Golf Cart Card

Just for putts and giggles, I made this for one of my hubby’s golfing buddies. I found a neat Fathers Day Card set from SVGCuts which included this amazing card! The svg file is from SVGcuts.com and I used a sizzix “tiny dot” embossing folder for the golf balls. I then created shadows using Dew Drop Brilliance Platinum Planet and Cosmic Copper.

Winter Scene Christmas Card

I wanted to share with you one of my Christmas cards for this year. I decided on a lovely card designed by Carole Prevost. I used white card stock and Gold and Cocoa Pearl paper from Cricut. For the top layer of the white card-stock, I embossed it with my Cuttlebug. Here you can see all the pieces ready to be put together. And here they are all put together. Decorated Cards with Shaving Cream and Quilling

I put shaving cream onto a baking sheet and dropped two colors of food coloring, then gently swirled it with my fingers. I then placed the cards down into the shaving cream, picked them up gently and raked the shaving cream off. As you can see, it leaves a tie-dye effect onto the card and then I created some quilling to embellish them. I hope you like the variated swirls!
